What age is it okay to start dating?

One night she called me. I can't recall if I was nearing the end of high school, or if I had left by then, but she said she was in bad girls borstal or something. She didn't go into why she was there. That was the last I heard of her. We used to have a lot of fun together and I couldn't wait to see her and would feel detached when we parted. I loved all my ladies for making me appreciative of their presence.
