The math isn't that hard. In the 70s teams played 14 games. So 96-44. In the Tweens they pmay 16 games. So 112-48. It's the difference between 70% and 68.5%. The most important math is eben easier. Steelers won 4 SBs in the 70s and Pats won 2 in the tweens. I'd gladly give up that 1.5% for two extra rings. Two of the Steelers seasons were 16 games. 99-44-1, so it's .691
