K , the Architect is a virtual representation of the real Architect (who designed the Matrix but died ages ago) .
It's easy to think that the Architect in the Matrix also has the personality of the real one , but we don't completely know that .
What we do know is that all programs in the Matrix can evolve . When Neo shows his knowledge of the situation to the Architect ,
it's easy to believe it's the Architect's arrogance showing through , but it was genuine fear by the Architect ,
that Neo knew more than he should !
