I liked it. Have it on dvd.
The cgi was fake ridiculous at times but at least they had fun with it like the jet ski chase and the
"don't say I never gave you nothing" scene where Kevin O'Connor gives Wes Studi the gun to shoot himself and he shoots at him instead.
