There is an absurd UK-Comedy film from the 70ies or 80ies, it's part of the "carry on "-series. Watch the Trailer and you'll instantly know if that's the one. The lunatic is turning young women into mannequins who he is having abducted by some artificial Frankenstein-like ogre. No real horror movie but incredibly silly and funny!
