It's nothing new, just over the heads of many here.
I simply believe what Jesus said. His words are very clear and simple regarding God the Father, yet, many still don't understand them.
Jesus said a lot of things. Some things he said are enigmatic and have been the basis for disagreement, war and strife for the last 2000 years or so. Which of his words are clear in describing God the Father and, more importantly which ones provide you insight that is too advanced for others to comprehend? Would you please lay out the saying/scriptures that Jesus said and your understanding of them that describe the Father in ways heretofore not understood? Are they different than many of the standard ways in which God is described in various creeds Christians have developed over time? Are there any creeds you would say capture the essence of what Jesus said God the Father is? Sure. He said, "I and the Father are One, but the Father is greater than I." He wasn't just referring to himself, but using himself as an example of what everyone is.
"Our Father art in Heaven."
"The kingdom of heaven is within you."
"You are all children of God."
"Greater things shall you do...," etc. So very simple words, yet many don't comprehend them.
