One of my favorite series finale's would be White Collar. Just so happens to also be my favorite show ever. They were forced to rush/shorten the final season but at least they got that final season and they still managed to pull off a great finale.
For me it's rare for a finale to be great or for me to even make it to the finale. I'll either get bored of a show and never finish it (ex: Psych) or I'll just hate the finale all together (ex: Lost).
