Casino (1995) ; The Quick and the Dead (1995) would be my alternative choice.
I picked strictly by my personal opinion since that's what the OP asked for. but on a mainstream level I would guess it's probably one of the following she's most known for... Casino/Basic Instinct/Total Recall and possibly The Quick and the Dead. but those choices are not that surprising since Sharon Stone's career was like 1990-1995 and then she pretty much vanished.
