Plus Jackman never looked the part. He always came off as too clean and pretty boyish, his "sideburns/mutton chops" were consistently awful looking as was his faux Elvis head hair. Plus i hate the way they had Wolverine jumping at people it always looked too cgi and fake. Jackman never looked the part? LMAO.
jackman has now made wolverine iconic even more than ever, he never physically looked the part but had the acting and traits down. people will remember and respect wolverine. after what disney has done to RDJ in the iron man role? he is no jackman.
the difference is jackman got to act the hell out of the films and got better and better. what has mcu being doing with iron man?
Are mcu fanatic saying he looks fake after mcu movies are their play station games wolverine on the internet huh? so how will mcu adapt e is for exnticiton again? real xmen stories or disney jokey stories? what is mcu xmen about?
same old same old with you. all trash talk no intellectual substance. yawn
No, he didn't look the part. Anyone who's a true fan of the comic character acknowledges this. They did the best they could with hair and beard but in the end Jackman looks far too suave and smooth compared to comic Wolverine. Jackman got ripped for the part but he was slim and ripped whereas Wolverine is ripped but stocky. Heavily muscled. Jackman's voice is too light and smooth compared to Wolverine's gravelly tone. Ofcourse there's the height. Jackman walks completely erect, like a model, whereas Logan is normally drawn with a hunched, thuggish posture. And even Jackman's berserk scenes seem a bit too tame for what you'd expect of Wolverine. If you saw Hardy in Warrior, that's closer to how I'd imagine Wolverine's default intensity would be when fighting. Now I'm not hating on Jackman's Wolverine. I'm still thankful for what we've gotten from him over the years. I'm just pointing out that movie Wolverine is a far cry from comic Wolverine.
