30 ; especially nowadays.
While I know many consider 18+ to be a "adult", and that seems to be the standard, I went with 30 (I would say at least 25 minimum) because I have had the opinion for quite sometime now (since roughly my late 20's or so(ill be 40 later this year)) that those around their mid 20's and younger many, if not most, still act like teenagers. but I figure by the time one is around 30 they should be out of that really immature stage and start to act a bit more normal.
maybe it's just me but it seems as time went on it takes longer for people to start acting their age as say 20-25 years old decades age where noticeably more mature than your typical 20-25 years old is today etc.
