MLB rule changes for 2019: Three-batter requirement for all pitchers, universal DH?

I like the 3 better rule. It's annoying seeing managers doing the lefty matchup for 1 batter or seeing multiple subs in an inning. I'm assuming the rule doesnt include if a pitcher gets hurt though.

The DH can kindly fuck right off in my opinion.
