I'm gonna say some asshole let the poor pet loose in the streets rather than take it to a vet or aspca. That is the kind of person I could fly kick in the face and not think twice about it. If that person can't manage a GP without being cruel, he or she better never have children. I'm hoping maybe piggy there just escaped. That makes me feel better about the world.  |
