Did Hayward play really well or just got one good game? I mean to ask would you say Hayward is likely to improve from here on and get closer to his former level?
Great win by Celts. I never doubted them.
I think Hayward has been slowly but surely getting better each month of the season. Even when he's not scoring, he gets boards, assists, plays hard. The points have been steadily increasing, and it seems his confidence as well. There's been more plays recently where he's gone high in the air for dunks, not showing as much tepidness as before. My only thing with him is he doesn't look like a guy having a lot of fun out there, he seems to have a pouty look at times. Not sure if that's just who he is, or if he's having a hard time fitting in with this team. When Markus Morris talked about teammates not having fun, I immediately thought of Hayward. Reminds me of Chris Webber on the Sixers - always looking clinically depressed and pouty as if he didn't want to be here at all.
