In all fairness, it is the Sixers third game playing together. Not to mention that the game was essentially decided on a horrible non-call against Horford. Embiid should have been able to tie the game with those free throws. Why does it seem like the Sixers get screwed by the refs so much late in games. That Toronto game was the worst officiated game I have seen all year. That Denver game had the crucial no call at the end. Now this. It just seems like the Sixers get screwed. Still, I think this team will still beat Boston come playoff time. They have the talent now. You can tell they lack the chemistry, especially defensively, but it is coming. Embiid gets away with about 352 offensive fouls every game, including this game. Stop blaming refs for losses. |
