So basically you think this movie is going to flop? I do think the MCU is putting an unnecessary amount of pressure on this movie (and this character), which exposes it to more risks and thus has higher chances of failing. I don't understand why they can't just treat this like their other origin movies. What are they doing that's so different though? I mean, the whole "let's all celebrate this movie as some monumental feat just because it stars a woman" thing is incredibly absurd, but that's not really Marvel doing that, is it? |
