Will the Academy reverse its 4 category removal?

I think they already have. They said it'll be televised as long as everyone else keeps their speeches within a reasonable timeframe or something. Trying to pass the buck to the winners of other categories is hilarious. Maybe cut some of the idiotic dialogue by the presenters.
