I liked and 'liked' all of the replies in this thread, bit sometimes this sort of obvious simplicity amuses me the most. I couldn't agree more with you. A troll's post should be either ignored or lightly dismissed. To actually show any anger or resentment is nothing but giving all the happiness in the world to person you thought was being an idiot.
