Vision and Tony Stark and all of the intelligent characters would support him. Dumbasses like Cap wouldn’t. I don't think any of them would have really supported him. Cap and Rhodey might be duty bound until Trump did something really stupid when it came to them. Stark would not support Trump. He'd see Trump being as dumb as Justin Hammer. Vision only supported the Accords because he thought it would keep Wanda safe.
