I don't think any of them would have really supported him. Cap and Rhodey might be duty bound until Trump did something really stupid when it came to them. Stark would not support Trump. He'd see Trump being as dumb as Justin Hammer. Vision only supported the Accords because he thought it would keep Wanda safe. Stark would support Trump’s tough stance on border protection. Trump would also support the Sokovia Accords, and Tony would back him on that. Vision would support Trump because Vision is beyond the pettiness of the Trump detractors. Vision wouldn’t like Trump, but would like his policies. Strange would foresee all possible scenarios and decide that Trump is the world’s only hope. But Tony loves woman, and Trumps hates woman. That might be a sticking point.
