Stark supported the Accords because of guilt. He wanted everyone to join him so he wouldn't be alone. He talks about the Avengers needing to be put in check because he didn't want to admit he was the one that needed to be put in check.

You mean like all the people that worked for Trump and quit soon after? Vision was okay with the Accords as long as it kept Wanda close to him. Once Cap's team broke out of the Raft, Vision went AWOL.
