Well it would be an interesting thing since the MCU is so devoid of reality in events. What about ISIS? How would superheroes react to knowing ISIS was being funded by CIA or highest ranking political entities? If a president said: we need to secure borders and reduce immigration, it would shatter the fantasy world antics. Even the X-men universe would find it problematic--they kinda had a Bush president in X-Men 2, but a completely fictional version (in the 2004 Hulk-he was shown fishing and saying "keep me informed."). And Superman? He's an immigrant! I an unsure about Captain Marvel (the DC and original version) might be less of an open borders guy despite the fact he gets his powers from various Greek and assorted figures. Would Batman be open borders? Batman I think would be closed borders. He and Superman would clash over that, probably. I don't think Batman would be closed borders. Especially with No Man's Land. Also, his only concern is Gotham. That's a bit far from there. He might have some input on it, but I don't think he'd care really. They might ask him about it at a League meeting. He'd turn around with a cape flourish, say something about getting back to Gotham, then walk away.
