Through the years, the U.S. government has done all they can to 'officially' deny the existence of any and all U.F.O.'s and/or alien life
Have they really, though? It sure doesn't seem that way to me. In fact I cannot remember the last time I heard any government official deny the existence of any and all UFOs, or alien life. Perhaps you could cite a couple of examples?
Incidentally, since UFOs obviously exist, but a UFO is literally just any object that's flying where you don't know what it is, I'm going to assume that by 'UFOs' you mean 'UFOs as alien spacecraft'.
......even in those case where HUNDREDS of people have seen particular 'events' in the sky, that defy any and all logical explanations based on modern day life as we know it.
My question is........WHY ??
They can't REALLY believe we'd all run into the sea raving and shrieking in an attempt at mass suicide, were it to ever come to light that, yes, contrary to everything we've been told before, aliens are REAL......can they?
What would be your best guess as to just why the government seems determined to NEVER be able to admit that U.F.O.'s just might be real, and that we (i.e., human beings) just might not be the only kids kickin' around on the ol' (Universal) 'block' ??
