......but initially, only had enough Uranium/Plutonium for just ONE bomb to be used on ONE of their enemies when it was finally ready (and let's just say, their 'ready date' would have been sometime in late 1943......so, just a few months before they actually ended up surrendering), who do you think the Germans would have targeted, and what specific city, or region, do you think they might have dropped it on, had they somehow accomplished this feat ?? SAVE FERRISLondon, most likely. It was the biggest allied city within easy range of German bombers and/or missiles. If they could come up with a way to launch it at New York or Washington DC, they'd likely do that instead. There were German plans for trans-atlantic bombers and submarine-launched V2s, but they were pretty speculative. Also worth noting, none of this would help Germany. Nuke London or New York, and it's really not going to stop the war effort.
