......but initially, only had enough Uranium/Plutonium for just ONE bomb to be used on ONE of their enemies when it was finally ready (and let's just say, their 'ready date' would have been sometime in late 1943......so, just a few months before they actually ended up surrendering), who do you think the Germans would have targeted, and what specific city, or region, do you think they might have dropped it on, had they somehow accomplished this feat ??

If I were him, I'd target the city that would make the biggest psychological impact on the world, that means London and then bluff and say they had far more bombs than that.
Not that it would make any difference. Germany had already lost the war by then. Not due to lack of war engines, but due to lack of oil to fuel them.
The attack on Soviet was a last (failed) gambit they made to get that resource. After that it was just a question of time.
