There is a lengthy scene in "Smokey and the Bandit: Part 3" (1983)...
Sheriff Buford T. Justice and his son Junior, are driving along a road, and encounter some KKK members that are harassing two black chicken farmers driving a truck that is loaded with live chickens...
Buford says "What the hell are those Klan clowns doing here?", and then later tells Junior that his Mama, Wilhelmina, joined the Klan and "When she put on her sheet, she looked like an iceberg with feet."
At the end of the scene, The two black chicken farmers have their wishes come true, and the KKK members get what's coming to them in a very hilarious way.
