If Germany Had Somehow 'Perfected' The Atom Bomb Before The U.S. Actually Did During WWII....

It's an interesting question. London seems the most sensible target, but knowing Hitler he might have ordered to use it on Berlin, destroying the German capital entirely in an act of collective suicide, so it wouldn't fall into the hands of the allies. Although whether his orders would've been followed is an entirely different question of course.
