London. New York or Washington would have been the ideal target, but the Luftwaffe had no way to deliver it. I suppose they could have accelerated the Amerikabomber program. My understanding was that Germany scrapped their plans for a trans-Atlantic bomber because they didn't have the A-Bomb.

I don't understand why the Luftwaffe never destroyed Moscow. It was bombed, but Moscow never suffered like London or Rotterdam. And they certainly were within range.
