My dad went to Catholic school when he was young and he said that he was beat all the time by the nuns. he told me a story of one time he and his friends were in line just waving their arms to be funny.. and then this nun walks by with a whip and whips their arms one by one and my dad told me his reaction was like "AHHH! my arms"😂 and didnt want to cry until he made it home when no one saw him.. and if he ever told his parents they would beat him too so he never really talked about it.. sounds brutal Luckily the thinking is changing on that. It's my understanding that now the laws in Florida prohibit anything other than spanking on the butt with an open hand. I'm not even sure if schools do that anymore. But I've come to believe that striking a child for any reason is a bad idea. Aside from the potential physical harm, I think it could affect them in a negative way psychologically. But after reading the description of the way you and your friends behaved in class, I would probably make an exception and beat you all.
yeah you probably should have 😂 im not even sure what lead us to act that bad.. i guess the teacher just didnt now how to control a classroom effectively i would agree with that most of the time you shouldnt hit a child.. but i guess there a special circumtances where it seems justified 😂 I was actually spanked as a kid too, but the way my dad did it was different i feel from most parents because he didnt let his anger get to him and never hit me out of anger. he would just do it as if it was a chore that had to get done and get it over with.. and he would always calmly tell me it was going to hurt and counted to three before he did so i was prepared.. and he used a ping-pong paddle and called it the "buster" 😂
