The way my astigmatism works, I really see the effect. I have jumped in my seat because of 3d. Once during Cap TFA. Imagine the 3d effect not working and all of a sudden it does when he throws the shield to stop the door closing. So unless the people I am going with really really want to see it in 3d I rarely do.
