Third, Dr. Strange and Fury are not buddies. Don't personally know each other as far as we're concerned. Why would Dr. Strange call him and how exactly would he call him?

And? He's not omniscient. He also doesn't keep an interstellar cellphone with every person's phone number saved on it. You also didn't address my first two points.
