I am actually Excited to see "EPISODE IX" and JJ Abrams is a very smart filmmaker, I definitely think that he can make things right with "EPISODE IX".

Abrams is a hack. If by smart you mean he's smart at making money, then yes that is very true. He sold out and kissed a lot of ass to get to where he is now. He's a decent director, but he sucks at storytelling. So he needs to stay away from the writers room, unless of course he wants to make bank, which he does, so he will continue writing shit because he knows fools like you will keep rushing out to see them.

I don't trust JJ Abrams. And especially after calling fans "sexist" for not liking the new Star Wars films and the new female characters(And what exactly is there to like about characters like Rey, Rose Tico, and Holdo anyway?), I could give two shits about Episode IX.
