Then I'll change my previous answer, instead of French Silk, my favorite pie is either Quiche Lorraine or mushroom & spinach quiche.

I also forgot about cottage pie, I like cottage pie too ( cottage pie = beef, shepherds pie = lamb or mutton, don't care for lamb or mutton).
