This doesn’t appear to be a case of sexual assault, but rather a bunch of idiots who decided to have transactional sex. I see little reason to care about this. If he gets fired for this, tough shit, but I won’t lose sleep if he somehow keeps his job. This could be argued as prostitution, and Kevin is not only the pimp, but also soliciting. |
