Sometimes when you are going to sleep and you decide to watch a few funny youtube vids...
...and then before you know it its like 3:00 in the morning and you've watched way too many videos?! YES! That happens to me way too often! Usually its music though. I think it varies from person to person but music is something that can work both ways for me. There are certain kinds of music that have helped me sleep. Although most of the music are sort of distractions. Especially the ones with meaningful lyrics.
