Well, it took about 47 minutes until you actually took control of the game, and about the same amount of free throws, but yes, the Sixers finally beat the Celtics. Still not really sure why JJ Redick was given three free throws at the end of the first half on a play where he was touched after the ball was already halfway to the basket, but whatever. It was only 3 points. Good, important win for the Sixers for sure. He was fouled on a three point attempt as time expired so they let him shoot the foul shots with no time on the clock.
Also, the Sixers have won six in a row, beating Boston, the Pacers, and the Bucks in that span. They are playing their best ball in decades and have locked in the third seed. Realistically, they probably won't play Boston again this season, unless Boston makes the ECF. If they do make it, Philly will have home court and will win. Who is more talented in the East than Philly right now? No one. They are finally developing chemistry together. Our starting lineup has only played 8 total games together and they are 7-1 in those games.
You did it, man! I knew you had it in you! Everyone take time to appreciate DSDSquared's use of a contraction!!!!
