I intentionally set my brain to expect about 2 hours alone winding down time before going to sleep and during those two hours I do all the video watching and/or reading I want, and rarely go outside of that.
I feel like there is not enough good things to watch doe more than 2 hours every day so the alocated time is enough for me.
