I recently changed dentists and just like my last one, my new dentist tells me my teeth look good. .... Does your dentist compliment you on how clean and well kept your teeth look? Most likely he is not complimenting them on their good looks but is simply telling you that you don't have any cavities, gingivitis or significant plaque ~~ as in "it's all good... pay the receptionist and be on your way."
