I recently changed dentists and just like my last one, my new dentist tells me my teeth look good. .... Does your dentist compliment you on how clean and well kept your teeth look? Most likely he is not complimenting them on their good looks but is simply telling you that you don't have any cavities, gingivitis or significant plaque ~~ as in "it's all good... pay the receptionist and be on your way." Yes but just the way she said it made me feel like I was getting some high praise despite not having great habits. I do use ACT an extra once or twice a day though so maybe that helps.
