You''ll understand one day despite being told numerous times...Superman was a Salkind film, DC had nothing to do with production. Similarly, Marvel Comics and DC Comics have nothing to do with MCU and DCEU production. Not quite. I didn't say Marvel or DC Comics.
DC were not linked to any film production until they were purchased by Warners after Burton's Batman. DC as a production company DC Entertainment, made their first film with Steel. DC Entertanment/Warners own DC Comics Marvel was not directly involved in film production until Marvel Entertainment was established and the first film was Blade. All the Marvel films whether Disney, Sony, Fox etc are Marvel productions either as Marvel Entertainment or Studios. Marvel Entertainment/Disney own Marvel Comics Superman predates all this. The Salkinds bought the rights to Superman and made their film with no connection to DC.
