You're analogy is shit. The Salkinds did not buy a Superman Film You just said they bought the rights to Superman. The Salkinds paid a fee to DC to use DC characters in a movie so Superman is a DC superhero movie i.e. a superhero movie with DC characters. It's no different than a Sony TV at a Best Buy store. The TV may have been sold at a Best Buy store, but the TV is a Sony TV (not a Best Buy TV) containing Sony parts (not Best Buy parts). Repeating yourself doesn't make it make more sense. Stop wasting my time
