Exactly, they don't. Why? Because they put in the time to train to at least be a bit believable in their skill. But those pics are the equivalent of what Renner's Hawkeye looks like in terms of archery skill. How do you know so much about fighting styles and archery technique? I meant to ask before, but forgot all about it until just now. I grew up in a family clan where sons (especially first born sons) were required to study some form of martial art. I started with boxing and kickboxing when I was 7 and added arnis/escrima and muay thai later on. My cousins studied other martial arts, and whenever we had family reunions we'd compare styles and sparred with each other. I guess that's how I started learning about other styles. In my late teens I studied grappling when the UFC started becoming popular. Then in my late 20's I wanted a martial art that didn't hurt as much as boxing and muay thai (because those two are ridiculously gruelling)... which got me learning HEMA (historical swordplay) and traditional archery (even did a bit of kyudo). Of all the martial arts I learned, archery is the only one I still continue to do. Too many injuries to maintain the others... plus I just got lazy. I never really got that good with any one of them, I'm kind of like a jack of all trades guy.
