Must be Snoop. Think it was just a combination of the lingo and her gravelly voice. She was a cold cold bitch.
Actress who played Snoop, Felicia Pearson was a real life drug dealer in Baltimore. I think she killed someone. Took up acting to get off the streets. And she was friends with Michael K. Williams, the actor who played Omar.
She played basically the same exact character on an episode of Blue Bloods. I guess she doesn’t quite have the same versatility as a Streep or Dench.
