they weren't booing Santa.
it was the conditions - they ended up being terrible but not terrible enough to draft OJ - fans were pissed - there was snow in the stands - the 'Real' Santa had dimed out - and they picked some poor fan in the stands to put on a Santa Costume to play Santa that even with a suit on looked nothing remotely like Santa - and more like a bum trying to score some coke and hookers on Passyunk Ave at 4am on a Sunday morning before church.
