You're the writer in this story. Who do you think would win based on their power levels?
As i am only familiar with their power levels in the movies i can only answer based on the 6 movies Thor have been in and that 1 movie Captain Marvel are in. And based on that it did seem like Captain Marvel is more powerful so i am going to say Captain Marvel but it would be a very close fight.
Of course i am not familiar with their power level in the comics
