Probably leading the evacuation of the refugees. I mean, she's really the only person of "rank" left. Thor, Loki, Heimdall and even Hulk were all in the fight against Thanos.

That leaves Valkyrie, Korg and Miek to organize the refugees for escape, and I'm not sure you'd want to trust something like that to Korg and Miek.
