People who ask questions with no intention of ever listening to the answers. I was recently discussing this with someone. Listening is a skill that a lot of people just don't have, even if they ask a question. They appear to be listening but you can tell that they're just thinking of what to say next. Then there's the folks who post a "question" on line and then apparently never return to read the replies. Hard to tell for sure BUT they don't respond to the posts. It's like the whole purpose is to just put "questions" out there and not participate any further.
RE: thinking of what to say next ... I have a brother who is a chronic punner …. you can see his eyes sort of glaze over when someone is talking to him and you KNOW he is just waiting for a lull so he can pun at them. argh!
