He didn't kill Kirk though--Kirk fell off "the bridge." Supposedly he shot him in the back in the original shot version but it never reached theaters.
The idea for this sounds good--too bad the execution appears to fall short. Made me think of The Devil and Daniel Webster.
THE CALLER 1987 has one hell of a twist. Just McDowell and an actress--bizarre movie. Best to watch without knowing anything about it.
