Have you got a link for the Millwall v West Brom one. I've not heard anything about it. We were the first team to have a Zero tolerance policy I would like to say and have won awards from the Kick It Out campaign.
You are always going to get a few idiots and I know that someone used "Paki" a few weeks back but Millwall really do make an effort to stop it happening. I would also suggest it happens at about 70% of games by a few idiots but is lost in the general hubbub. Newspapers tend to target certain clubs and send reporters to listen to the crowd rather than watch the game.
A few years back Millwall were castigated in the press and The House Of Commons for chanting "Sieg Heil" at a game against Brighton. It turned out to be Brighton fans chanting "Seagulls"
