Rate Independence Day: Resurgence

Flat boring characters that you don't care about. A story that thinks all it has to do is tell the same story as last time but with bigger and more powerful machines and aliens, because if the aliens are a bigger threat then people will automatically be more interested. But stories don't work that way. A man pointing a gun at you is an interesting situation - five men pointing cannon at you isn't any more interesting, because you can only be so dead.

Also, the "kill the Queen and all the aliens die" thing is one of the most massively overdone tropes in movie history. Give it a rest already.
