Obviously, there is Roy's final scene in Blade Runner. There's also a scene in Back to the Future, not long after hearing Uncle Joey didn't make parole again, where Lorraine talks about kissing George for the first time and wanting to spend the rest of her life with him. Lea Thompson's delivery really nails the sense of unhappiness.
